Solo Therapist Billing & Notes Hub

A practice-management tool scoped for one clinician, not a twelve-person clinic.

$30–$100 per customer, per month

Overview

What this is

Scheduling, session notes, invoicing and insurance-ready documentation for a practitioner working alone. Deliberately narrow: no multi-provider roles, no facility management, no enterprise reporting. Just the handful of things one clinician does between sessions, done well and quickly.

The problem it solves

Practice-management software is built for clinics and priced and structured accordingly. A solo practitioner ends up either paying for a system whose complexity they will never use, or running their practice on a calendar, a notes app and a spreadsheet — which is slow and, for clinical notes, genuinely risky.

Why now

Independent practice has grown substantially as telehealth normalised, and that cohort is underserved by tools designed for group practices. The compliance work that used to make this space forbidding is now well-trodden, with established guidance and infrastructure providers.

The evidence

What to watch out for

This one has a real barrier: handling clinical notes means healthcare privacy compliance (HIPAA in the US, equivalents elsewhere), which is a genuine cost and a legal responsibility. That barrier is also the moat — it is why the space stays underserved. Do not start here unless you are prepared to take it seriously.
