A Job Board For Exactly One Thing

One role, one industry, one region — and the only place that takes it seriously.

$99–$499 per customer, per month

Overview

What this is

A job board scoped so tightly that it becomes the obvious place to post. Not "remote jobs" — something like veterinary practice managers, or embedded firmware roles in a single country. Employers pay per listing; candidates are free. The product is mostly curation and audience, not software.

The problem it solves

General job boards bury specialist roles under thousands of irrelevant postings, so specialists stop looking and employers stop posting. Both sides know the niche board should exist; usually nobody has bothered to build it, because it looks unglamorous next to a marketplace with a billion-dollar TAM.

Why now

The software is genuinely a weekend — the moat is the audience, which you build with a newsletter before the board has a single listing. That inverts the usual risk: you find out whether anyone cares before you build the product.

What to watch out for

Classic cold-start: no jobs means no candidates means no jobs. Seed it by aggregating openings you find manually and charging nothing for months. If you are not willing to do that unpaid grind, pick a different idea.
